What AfriQuest is

AfriQuest builds sovereign capability in practical terms: control of knowledge, data, operating rules, and decision authority. Here is who leads the work, what we produce, how an engagement proceeds, what it costs, and the limits we observe.

Who we are

AfriQuest Projects LLC is a founder-led office that builds sovereign knowledge systems and digital infrastructure for organisations that must retain control of their programmes. The founder and Managing Director, E. "Witty" Whittaker, sets the doctrine, the programme design and the climate-finance body of knowledge. The engineering side — the platform, the operating system and the automation around it — is built in Kigali, Rwanda.

  • A knowledge-providing office. We publish, teach, design systems and build software.
  • Two working parts: the institutional and programme side, and the engineering side.
  • Written rules first. What the software does is agreed in documents before it is coded.

Three strands of one office

One disciplined body of knowledge supports three connected areas of work, each designed to leave capability and control with the people responsible for the programme.

Learning

Knowledge Institute

Courses, a study assistant that answers from our own published material, certificates of completion, scholar places and university partnerships. This is where an individual or a department builds working competence.

Systems

AIOS — the operating system

The rules, records, approvals and workflows that preserve decision authority across countries and through staff changes. AIOS is designed as sovereign institutional architecture first, then implemented on the live platform.

Applied domain

Climate and carbon knowledge

Carbon finance, project archetypes and proprietary frameworks published under Afriquest Climate Wealth Advisory. The purpose is practical sovereignty over climate knowledge, environmental data and asset decisions. This remains an applied domain inside the office, not a separate business or regulated financial advice.

Who the work is for

Public bodies and ministries

Teams that need a programme to keep working when the people running it move on: written rules, a record of every decision, and one place where the current version lives.

Universities and training partners

Faculties building a shared pathway with us instead of a standalone short course, including joint curricula and a route for their graduates into practice.

Programme teams

Operators delivering in more than one country who need the same intake, the same evidence standard and the same reporting in each of them.

Individual practitioners

People who want the published volumes, a course and a certificate they can show, and access to the frameworks the field is starting to use.

How an engagement proceeds

  1. 01

    First conversation

You write to the office describing the programme, the country and the problem. We reply with an honest read on whether this is work we can do well.

  2. 02

    Scope in writing

What is being built or delivered, what it costs, how long it takes and who signs off. Nothing starts on a verbal understanding.

  3. 03

    Rules and approvals agreed

Before build, we agree who may approve what, what evidence a decision needs, and which material is public, internal or restricted. Those rules then govern the system itself.

  4. 04

    Build or deliver

Courses run, or the system is built in stages you can see. Anything the software decides on its own is limited to what was agreed in writing.

  5. 05

    Handover with records

You receive the working system or the completed programme together with its documentation and an audit trail you can show to a funder, a board or a regulator.

Where we work, and in what languages

The office works with institutions in Africa and with partners elsewhere. Country rules differ, so material is marked with its status — drafted, source-verified, awaiting professional validation, validated, or approved for use — rather than presented as settled everywhere.

  • Site and course material in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Kiswahili and Arabic.
  • Correspondence and engagements handled from the office directly, not through resellers.
  • Country-specific guidance is only published once someone qualified in that country has checked it.

What it costs and how to buy

Anything an individual can buy is priced openly on its own page and paid for by card at checkout. Institutional work is quoted in writing because no two programmes are the same.

  • Published volumes and courses: priced on the page, bought directly.
  • Institutional systems, advisory and partnership work: written quotation after a scoping conversation.
  • No subscription is started, and no card is charged, without an explicit confirmation from you.

What we are not

  • Not an accredited university. Our certificates record that a course was completed to standard; they are not degrees and we never describe them as accredited qualifications.
  • Not a licensed financial firm. We publish knowledge and frameworks. We do not give regulated investment advice, and no licence of that kind is claimed.
  • Not a broker of unverified opportunities. Anything the system finds stays marked as unverified until a person checks the source and signs it off.
  • Not a template shop. If a request is outside what we can do properly, we say so rather than take the work.

If this fits what you are trying to do

Write to the office with the programme and the country. A short exchange is usually enough to tell whether there is a sensible piece of work here.
